Dr. You founded Pharscin Pharma in 1996. He is the chairman of Pharscin Pharma with a master degree in medicine and a professor-level senior engineer. Prior to founding of Pharscin Pharma in 1996, Dr. You worked as a deputy dean and associate professor in the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University (former Lu Zhou Medical College). He was a well-known orthopedic surgeon locally and a hands-on professional with more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
